A private- owned company founded in
early 90's and located in the industrial zone with an area of 16000
square meters and production building of 8000 square meters, we have
a staff of 220 now, among whom 25 are technical and managerial personnel
of medium and senior ranks. We have equipment and assets worth 25M
RMB and 12 production-forging lines. Our metal machining workshop
brought in CNC machine from DMG, Germany for the parts processing.
We have annual production of 6,000,000 forged parts and 2,000,000
machined parts.
Main features
of our products: high quality of forged parts. Thanks of the new process
technology of flexible forging and imported PC auto control systems
fitted to the equipment, customer requirements for CNC direct processing
and quality level of the non-processed surfaces are well satisfied.

Main
products (parts): the whole series of high precision forged pieces
of stainless steel flow equipment sanitary class, such as flanges,
butterfly valve elements, oil lubricating parts, snap-on connections,
pneumatic/manual controllers, and auto parts, parts for general purposes,
small size oil cylinder series. For machining equipment we have brought
in digital control processing equipment form DMC Germany and are well
able to meet customer requirement for quality of finished products.
